END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and SafyTools ("Licensor") for Laft Recoil software ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SafyTools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the Software on a single device
• Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Share and distribute the unmodified software
• Create and publish content (videos, streams, tutorials) featuring the Software
• Create tutorials and guides for educational purposes

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Sell, rent, lease, or charge money for the Software or any derivative works
• Create or distribute modified, hacked, or unauthorized versions of the Software
• Use the Software to harm other players' gaming experience or violate game terms of service
• Claim ownership, authorship, or intellectual property rights over the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal activities or purposes
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or licensing systems
• Share license keys, accounts, or access credentials with others

3. CONTENT CREATION RIGHTS

You MAY:

• Create and monetize videos featuring the Software
• Stream while using the Software
• Share download links to the official unmodified version
• Create tutorials and guides for educational purposes
• Use the Software in content creation for social media platforms

4. DISCLAIMER

• Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind
• No guarantee of compatibility with future game updates
• Use at your own risk - SafyTools is not responsible for any consequences
• Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft or Rainbow Six Siege
• Software has reached tens of thousands of downloads and users since December 28th, 2024
• Performance and functionality may vary based on system configuration

5. TERMINATION

• License terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement
• Must delete all copies of the Software upon termination
• You will be permanently banned from everything related to anything that is developed by SafyTools including applications, software, Discord servers, and all associated services
• No refunds will be provided for terminated licenses
• SafyTools reserves the right to terminate access at any time for any reason

6. ENFORCEMENT

• SafyTools actively monitors for violations of these terms
• Violations will result in immediate and permanent bans
• Banned users will lose access to all SafyTools products and services
• Appeals for bans are handled on a case-by-case basis
• SafyTools reserves the right to take legal action against violators

7. LIABILITY

SafyTools is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Software, including but not limited to:

• Game account bans or suspensions
• System damage or data loss
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Automatic account creation with Firebase integration
• Advanced recoil pattern customization with fine-tuning controls
• Sleek dark interface with minimal distraction
• Fully customizable keybinds for all functions
• Real-time recoil pattern visualization
• Multi-profile support for different weapons

9. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

SafyTools collects certain data to provide and improve our services:

• User ID and authentication status
• Session expiration time
• IP address for security purposes
• Basic usage statistics

• Hardware ID (HWID) for license verification
• IP address for security and fraud prevention
• Authentication status and user ID
• License key and account status
• Account creation date and session data
• Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers)

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.

10. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

• SafyTools may update these terms at any time
• Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of updated terms
• Software updates may be required for continued functionality
• Users will be notified of significant changes to these terms
