END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and SafyTools ("Licensor") for Laft Recoil software ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Free to share and distribute the unmodified software
Free to create and publish content (videos, streams, tutorials)
Single device installation per user
Personal use only

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software
Sell or charge money for the Software
Create or distribute modified/hacked versions
Use to harm other players' gaming experience
Claim ownership or authorship of the Software

3. CONTENT CREATION RIGHTS

You MAY:

Create and monetize videos featuring the Software
Stream while using the Software
Share download links to the official unmodified version
Create tutorials and guides

4. DISCLAIMER

Software provided "AS IS"
No warranty of any kind
Use at your own risk
Not affiliated with Ubisoft or Rainbow Six Siege
Software has reached over 10,000 downloads since December 28th, 2024

5. TERMINATION

License terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement
Must delete all copies upon termination

6. LIABILITY

SafyTools is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Software.

8. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

The Software collects hardware ID (HWID) and IP address for user identification purposes only
All collected data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption methods
Hardware ID and IP address are stored in an encrypted format and are not readable in plain text
We do not collect any personal information beyond what is necessary for user verification
User data is never shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes
The Firebase database uses secure authentication methods to protect user data
You may request deletion of your data by contacting support
